If you're looking to give your athletes an advantage over the competition, sign them up to participate in one of our up coming camps. TNT Athlete Training Programs will make you a stronger, more powerful, and a better balanced athlete in terms of stability and flexibility.
The training consists of two applications:
First: Kettlebell training to improve functional (real) strength and power at game speed.
Second: Speed and agility training will teach you to unleash the strength gained.  And who better in the Fond du Lac area to teach speed and agility other than Derek, who ran at the Olympic Trials, and Chad who has over 14 years of football experience as a defensive back.
*One hour sessions for our summer camp will start June 13th, they are listed in our class schedule and are as followed.
Monday: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., and 4:15 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.
Tuesday : 5:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
Cost:
$200.00 for 16 sessions 2 x a week
$250.00 for 24 sessions 3 x a week
* Sessions maybe made up if due to travel, injury, sickness, or work
