Looking to trim down, tone up, gain strength, improve power, increase flexibility, become resilient to injury?  TNT classes are the place for you.  No more mindless working out thinking you're actually doing something for your body, it's time to improve.  Think about it, are you working out just to kill time?  No, you're working out to better yourself, relieve stress, or slow down the aging process.  Chances are, if you're doing traditional weight lifting, or sitting/standing on some piece of cardio equipment for an hour 3 days a week, RESULTS are not happening for you.  In fact, in many cases you're probably becoming LESS functional.  Some people say the really fit people come to TNT, but we are here to tell you that NO ONE comes to TNT fit, we make you that way.  Time to start getting the results your paying for with your money, time, and energy.

3. TUE, THU             

5:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.

7:00 a.m. - 7:50 a.m.

7:15 p.m. - 8:05 p.m.

 

5. SATURDAY         

7:30 a.m. - 8:20 a.m

8:45 a.m. - 9:35 a.m.
