Looking for a hot new workout routine? Come melt off body fat faster than you ever thought possible, all while focusing on safe and proper techinique. This class focuses on intervals of multi-joint and multi-muscle movements that spike fat-melting hormones and burn extraordinary amounts of calories. Incinerator is the perfect starting place for those who have taken Essentials, but aren't yet ready to specialize their workout routine. 

IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE INCINERATOR TIMES, TRY A LEVEL 2 CLASS.  SIMPLY USE A LIGHTER WEIGHT AND DO LESS THAN WE ASK OF YOU.  This is a very common thing at TNT and completely understandable while you are improving on your kettlebell technique and increasing your stamina for kettlebell training.

FOND DU LAC

1. M / W / F     9am to 9:50am                          

2. Tu / Th         7am to 7:50am

3. Tu / Th         5:15pm to 6:05pm

**Don't see a time that fits your schedule?  Try a level 2 class, and use a lighter weight and perform less repetitions.
