You can achive measurable results by training with kettlebells as little as two times a week. Many students step up to three or four times a week once they get comfortable with their kettlebell routines. This gives them the freedom to try out new classes, as well as improve their results. It's all matter of how quickly you want to see results and how much time you have to devote to training. Like anything else, the more energy you put into kettlebell training, the more you'll get out of it.
