Answer

Is this a gym? Do you have workout machines?

No - this ain't your grandmother's YMCA.  Kettlebell training turns traditional (read: boring) workout methodology on its ear.  At the gym, you spend your time focused on one muscle group at a time. There are workouts for your arms, legs and back, then you have to hit the treadmill or the eliptical for cardio.  Not only does isolating your workout take more time, it ignores the fact that in the real world, we rarely use our muscles one group at a time.   Real world strength involves momentum, balance, stability, and coordination.   This is the real advantage to kettlebell training - 15 minutes is as effective as an hour at the gym.  The multi-joint movements of kettlebell training burn more calories in less time and combine cardio and strength training into one! Talk about effective! Still not convinced?  Stop by for a Essentials class and feel it for yourself.
