Commit 2 Fit is an 8 week program, in which you work to improve 1 new nutrition habit per week.  Whether a healthy person thinks about it or not, the nutrition habits are ones that they do on a regular basis. So if you want to be healthy and fit, these are the habits you must learn just as they already have.  You may already know some of these habits, but with this program you will possibly be paying attention to these habits for the first time.  You will also be held accountable for paying attention to the habits by one of our staff members who has had over 8 years experience in nutrition consultations.  The individuals who run this program understand the ups and downs of trying to achieve new nutrition habits, and can share with you the techniques that others have used to overcome their obstacles.

I entered the Commit 2 Fit program a bit hesitant, knowing I may struggle. I started at TNT in January and have had some success with weight loss and overall better health. But the Life Habits in the Commit 2 Fit program really brought new perspective to me about being in better health. 

Currently I have lost 35 lbs pounds since the first week of January.I believe I can achieve my goal of another 10-12 lbs by sticking to the Life Habits I picked up the last 8 weeks. If there is one thing that I have learned from all of this that seems most important to me, it's this - This is not a week long, month
long or even year long program. It's a life program!

Commit 2 Fit helped me realize I could do more than I thought.  I may have lost only a few pounds but I for sure know I'm more tone and fit than when I started - seeing all my summer clothes are to big for me.  I feel I'm in better shape now than I have ever been even though I'm 50. THEN, Commit2Fit happened.  I thought “Why not try it??  What’s the worse that could happen?”. After Week 2, it felt as though the pounds MELTED off.

When I started coming to TNT in February 2009, I was at 27% body fat. A few months later my body fat was 25%, then a few months after that it was 24%.  It was 23% around 9 months after becoming a member, and hovered there for a while. Then suddenly, 6 months later the plateau broke again and I went down to 19%. I hovered at 19% a while, then broke another plateau—my body fat is now somewhere around 16%. When I was collegiate athlete in rowing my body fat was 23%, and that was also 17 years ago. Participating in the Commit 2 Fit program has helped me achieve this success.

I've always considered myself pretty healthy, consciously eating fruits and vegetables, but it has always been something I need to work at. I entered the Commit 2 Fit challenge to see how if I could make an improvement.

As the weeks progressed it was fun to push myself and see how many points I could earn in a day. Not once did I feel deprived; instead I had the mindset that I was doing this to be "healthier" and make a lifestyle change. I can confidently choose the healthier food when given a choice. I have even lost a few pounds! The program has been an eye-opening experience. I'm happy to say I completed this challenge I feel it has been a success!

At first I didn't give the program much thought. But I am glad I did. Overall, I think the program has been successful.  I think I will try to keep these habits going as best I can.  At least , I know I will be more mindful of not only what I am eating but how and when.

I was at a point in my life where my weight was bothering me and I wanted to do something about it. I had a membership at a gym and was working out there, but I wasn't getting the results. My husband encouraged me to try TNT Fitness, so I did. I am so glad I did! I now know what a workout should feel like and I actually love doing it.

I also joined the Commit 2 Fit program. The program has taught me that there are many things you can do to become fit. Eating healthy and excercising are just a few. I also learned that some healthy habits will be harder than others. I love that the members at TNT encourage each other as they go through this journey. As a result, I have lost a lot of weight and will keep working to lose even more and become even healthier.

Before I started Commit 2 Fit, I was out of shape and eating unhealthy and not taking supplements like I know I should. I had tried every diet to slim down, losing weight and then gaining it back.

Since I started at TNT I am down three pant sizes and am in better shape than I have been in years. Moreover, my mindset has changed. Working out, eating healthier, making better food choices are a part of my lifestyle. No more diets. Working out is now something I want to do, not have to do.
