Athletic Conditioning and Camps

If your looking to give your athletes an advantage over the competition, sign up and participate in one of our up coming camps. TNT and CK Fitness Athlete Training Programs will make you a stronger, more powerful, and better balanced athlete. You will recieve a functional movement screen (popularized by Grey Cook, and highly utilized among the world's best athletes) to test for imbalances of mobility and stability, and to test for improper muscle patterns all of which lead to improper body mechanics and injury. This testing will help you diminish the possibility of injury from the imbalances through receiving individualized corrective exercises.
The training consists of two applications:
First: Kettlebell training to improve functional (real) strength and power at game speed.
Second: Explosive speed and power training will teach you to unleash the strength gained by using med balls, bands, and more.
June 14th- Aug. 6th
The sessions are 8 weeks: Early reservations are (2 days per week) $199.00 or (3 days per week) $249.00
Late reservations are (2 days per week) $249.00 or (3 days per week) $299.00
*One hour sessions
*Early reservation ends May 5th
