Kettlebell Beginners - Information

For those who are beginners when it comes to Kettlebells or exercise in general there are a few things you should know before trying any type of activity. To make sure you are cleared to participate in any kind of physical activity it is a good idea to have your doctor check you out.

If you still have questions or concerns present them to us and we will find a way to make a routine that will fit your needs. We also offer a physical screen test performed by our licensed professional (Derek Toshner). The screen involves a series of movements which you will perform. Based on your performance we will be able to tell where your weaknesses and imbalances are and perscribe exercises to help correct these problems before you begin training.
