ESSENTIALS: Kettlebell techniques class for you to check us out and see if we're a fit for you. Wear workout clothes, you will sweat while learning the proper form of kettlebell exercises used in our classes. COMPELTION REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO OTHER CLASSES. Cost is $15, but is credited back to those that join for 12-sessions or more. Call to reserve your spot, or to set up a private appointment if you cannont make designated times.

INCINERATOR: A class meant for novice lifters, and is generated toward improving technique and learning new kettlebell exercises. Don't take it lightly though, the last 15-minutes will be as hot as it sounds. Come and experience hot the compound movements of kettlebell training can burn extraordinary amounts of calories. (You may be allowed to skip ESSENTIALS and come to this class instead if one of our instructors previously mentioned to you that you can. Make sure you call us first.)

UNLEASHED: One notch up from INCINERATOR, this class is for those having trouble breaking the weight loss plateau or want to reach the next level of fitness. All of your muscles will be smoked from the hailstorm of exercises in this routine. Be ready for 45-minutes of the most efficient exercise available. Many people can start here after learning the basics.

ROLLING LUNCH: Rather than pouring a quarter pound of grease into your heart, come do something beneficial for your heart. Learn why Kettlebell TABATA intervals are the best way to lose weight, and improve cardiovascular strength. This class starts WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND LASTS FOR 15-MINUTES. Stay for 2 sessions and only use up one punch on your punch card.

ADVANTAGE: This class is for those looking for that atheltic advantage. This class will improve strength, power and resisliency in any participant. Come and gain the athleticism you've always wanted. (Ask about our strength and conditioning camps avaiable throughout summer).

HARD STYLE: Think you're tough? Are you a weight room junkie? Come and have a piece of HUMBLE PIE, the HARD STYLE way. Reach a level of mental and physical toughness that's beyond your imagination. NOT FOR THE WEAK OF HEART!! This class pushes even the most elite.
